On December 5th, the award ceremony of the 9th "Maker in China" Henan SME Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition and the SME Service "One Network" promotion event were held in Zhengzhou.Locaris Technology won the Excellence Award in the Enterprise Group of the "Maker in China" provincial finals with its project "Research and Industrialization of Unmanned Navigation System Based on UWB SLAM", demonstrating its strong capabilities in technical deep cultivation and R&D innovation!

Locaris Technology's participating project showcased the unmanned navigation system based on UWB SLAM, which is based on UWB positioning and mapping technology, achieving technical results such as pose estimation and environmental model construction for mobile unmanned systems, generating global grid maps using the constructed environmental model, and realizing path planning through graph search algorithms.

The 9th "Maker in China" competition started in August, with a total of 413 participating projects, bringing together 17 national-level specialized, refined, unique and innovative "Little Giant" enterprises, 89 provincial-level specialized, refined, unique and innovative SMEs, and organizing 15 national-level and 112 provincial-level SME entrepreneurship and innovation demonstration bases, SME public service platforms, as well as 37 industrial parks, 16 industry associations and 31 university research institutes to participate in the competition.Through municipal preliminary competitions and expert reviews, a total of 50 projects participated in the provincial finals, including 42 in the enterprise group and 8 in the maker group.

 The competition, themed "Focus on industrial chains, deploy innovation chains, allocate capital chains, cultivate talent chains", aims to provide a platform for SMEs and makers for exchange, exhibition, project incubation, industry-finance connection and collaborative innovation, further foster new products, new technologies, new models and new business forms, promote the transformation, upgrading and growth of SMEs into specialized, refined, unique and innovative enterprises, achieve the goals of "stimulating innovation vitality through competitions, promoting supply-demand connection through competitions, promoting the integration of the 'four chains' through competitions, and facilitating integrated innovation among large, medium and small enterprises through competitions", and create a strong atmosphere of mass entrepreneurship and innovation.
