Project Introduction

Hengyang Xidu Station is located on the Huaihua-Hengyang Railway, 44 km from Hengyang East Station upstream and 275 km from Huaihua South Station downstream.The stations comprehensive building area is 6,000 square meters, the waiting room area is 1,600 square meters, and the station yard scale is 2 platforms and 5 lines.

Solution

The five systems—intelligent wireless area broadcasting system, ticket window video-voice analysis system, security inspection and dangerous goods registration system, visual intelligent passenger service system, and platform end anti-intrusion system—effectively acquire, analyze, integrate, and apply various types of key data.

The platform relies on and is based on the management systems and workflows of various station disciplines, achieving standardized and real-time on-site operation management. It is mainly used for process control of railway on-site operations, standardized operation management, and safety control of labor discipline.The platform obtains the daily train operation plan and automatically generates the days production plan.On-duty personnel wear positioning tags. Using UWB technology, the platform provides real-time feedback on operators position information, upgrading from manual control to automatic system control.If an operator fails to arrive at their post, the system will automatically alarm and prompt. It also monitors operators dynamic positions in real time, records their trajectories, and analyzes whether operation procedures are properly executed.The system automatically records every operators violation. Combined with the groups safety big data platform, it provides data support for implementing hierarchical management of on-duty operators, stimulates their internal motivation to follow regulations, and ensures safer, more efficient, scientific, and orderly passenger station operations.Personnel positioning enables real-time monitoring of personnel movement trajectories and work processes. Combined with pre-deployed cameras, it effectively solves management difficulties.In emergencies, the positioning system can issue corresponding warnings and retrieve relevant surveillance footage.
